We Found Our Home

In October 2002 my husband, children and I moved to Mesquite, TX, following our destiny and the leading of the Lord. Doing a web search to find a home church with a strong presence of God and a rich worship, I ran across Destiny's Christian Center's website. "Dedicated to the presence of God" was it's ministry statement. The name and ministry statement caught my attention, and from there we made our first visit. Upon entering the doors to the sanctuary we stepped right into the tangible presence of God. Within minutes of hearing and experiencing the anointed worship and being surrounded by a rich presence of the Lord, Jack and I both knew we were home. And since that day we've been planted and cemented together into the walls of this house as living stones. I like to say that it's the name and ministry purpose that brought us here, but it's His presence that's kept us here.
God is SO good. There is no other place like it. Pastor Jerry Howell is truly a man after God's heart and has been called and anointed to build the house that God has always wanted, one that is all about HIM where He can be with His children and perform miracles in hearts and lives and be unhindered to move freely in the Spirit. It's a house that God's chosen for His own, a place of His glory, a house of His healing, a house of rich revelation, and a place where you can go deeper and higher in God, grow in His Word and experience His presence and tangible love. There's no other place like it. Jesus is truly in the house here.
